As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Institution Patrol in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. This armed and driving post requires you to conduct routine patrols and interact with individuals on-site, delivering outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter potential threats and unauthorized access.
• Report and document any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required, following established guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain awareness of the surroundings and communicate potential concerns or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
