As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Reception in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting guests, and addressing security-related concerns with professionalism and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, clients, and/or employees at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying credentials and following site-specific access control procedures.
• Assist with visitor registration and direct individuals to the appropriate locations within the financial institution.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and/or management regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, and/or breaches in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions or concerns from building occupants and/or visitors as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
