- Patrolling the community premises regularly to deter and detect any suspicious activity, ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
- Monitoring security cameras and alarms, promptly responding to any potential security breaches or emergencies.
- Enforcing community policies and regulations to maintain a secure and orderly environment for residents and guests.
- Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points, verifying the identification of visitors and vendors.
- Ensuring a safe environment by keeping resident areas free from hazards.
- Positively interacting with resident families and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Delivering packages to residents.
- Following all guidelines related to confidentiality and HIPAA.
- Performing other duties to support the effective operations that keep our community safe.
- Minimum of three shifts per month.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, ability to work well in a team, willingness to learn.

Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
