• Assisting the director as well as working with key control, photo IDs, card access, Kronos time and attendance, scheduling, fire drills and documentation, and the training and competency of officers.
• Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Performing repetitive duties and alert in making decision in emergency and crisis situations.
• Answering customers’ questions and requests for assistance in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Performing the core skills required to safely handle, carry, and operate an issued firearm.
• Proper application of subject control tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• EDUCATION:
  
  High school graduate
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  Previous safety/security experience preferred
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • PA ACT 235 or PA ACT 120 (with PA ACT 235 waiver)
  • BLS preferred
