Experience:

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.

+ Control access for vehicles, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with established site procedures, escalating irregularities to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including facility entry points and perimeter areas, to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity.
