• Monitor CCTV systems and access control points to identify and mitigate potential security risks or process vulnerabilities.
• Maintain a secure facility by strictly enforcing visitor protocols, driver check-in procedures, and badge management systems.
• Create detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation to support investigations and compliance audits.
• Foster a safe workplace culture by providing confidential reporting channels for security or safety concerns.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage tense situations calmly and professionally, ensuring the safety of all staff.
• Adapt quickly to changing operational needs, including managing security priorities during high-volume periods or emergency events.

• 1-3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and digital incident management software.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods.

• Current First Aid, CPR, or AED certification.
• Technical familiarity with modern CCTV and electronic access control systems.
• Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
