In this role, you can expect to work 30–40 hours per week, offering steady income and opportunities for growth. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager-assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges.

Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.

Pay Rate: $18.31 / Hour

• Age Requirement
  Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application (C101). This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
• Valid Driver's License
  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.
• Branch Flex – Work Varying Shifts (C162)Candidates must be willing to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the operational needs of the branch.

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
