** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

+ Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, unsecured doors or gates, and other security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
