Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: On Call/As Needed | Open Availability
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Unarmed Floater Security Officer to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area. This part-time role requires flexibility to cover multiple sites as needed. Ideal candidates will have prior security experience, particularly in floater, flex, or patrol roles.
Available Shifts- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd | open availability for on call
Schedules may vary based on site coverage needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, visible security presence at various assigned locations
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Complete detailed and accurate reports
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards
- Prior security experience required (floater, flex, or patrol experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
