** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges as authorized, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.

+ Observe entry and exit points, receive and document deliveries, and report unauthorized access attempts, unusual activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
