* 4. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet*
* 6. Applicants should be proficient in using a computer or tablet (B204). Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms is essential for job performance.

** Customer Service Experience*
* 8. A minimum of one year of customer service experience (B219) is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and customers.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged access controls, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
