As a Security Operations Center Operator, you will:

You’ll serve as the frontline guardian of critical infrastructure, assets, and personnel. Operating within a high-impact, fast-paced environment, you will monitor sophisticated security systems, coordinate emergency response efforts, investigate incidents, and ensure continuous operational security across multiple facilities.

As part of a 24/7 operations team, you will play a vital role in identifying threats, managing incidents, and maintaining the integrity of enterprise security systems.

• Continuously monitor intrusion detection and physical security systems to identify, assess, and respond to potential security threats.
• Evaluate and remediate security alarms while ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and site personnel during critical incidents.
• Receive, prioritize, and manage both emergency and non-emergency security event communications.

• Oversee site access activities, including monitoring entry/exit events and managing security system disarm procedures.
• Track and maintain the operational status of multiple security platforms and site protection systems.
• Conduct routine system health checks, video patrols, and operational assessments.

• Create clear, detailed, and professional incident reports documenting security events and response actions.
• Maintain accurate shift activity logs and operational records.
• Support forensic investigations through the review and analysis of video surveillance footage and access control data.

• Identify technical issues affecting security infrastructure and initiate corrective maintenance requests.
• Validate service completion and ensure system functionality is restored effectively.
• Perform administrative and compliance-related CSOC activities in accordance with established procedures.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce professional business documentation.
• Strong critical-thinking and situational-awareness capabilities.
• Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive during high-pressure situations involving safety or security risks.

• Associate degree (AA) or higher, OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Security Systems, Security Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay Range*: $25.00 - $28.41 per hour
