Security Shift Lead — Team, Coverage Compliance

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers at client sites in Hatfield Township, PA. You will ensure post orders, rounds, and required reports are followed and act as a liaison with client representatives to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience; retail experience is preferred. You will coach staff, train new personnel, assist with payroll, and help ensure proper coverage
