Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Sending and receiving emails
- Utilizing software applications relevant to the position
- Navigating online platforms for communication and collaboration
Customer Service Experience
- Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which may include:
- Direct interaction with customers via email, phone, or in-person
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare‑related facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly operations.
- Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
