Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which is crucial for roles that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. This experience should include:

How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access‑related logs.
Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, delivery, and employee traffic in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production‑area perimeters, parking areas, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns.
