** Valid Driver's License:*
* 2. All candidates must possess a valid  driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

3. Candidates are required to provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process.

4. The license must be valid and not expired, and candidates must disclose any restrictions or endorsements.

** CPR Certification:*
* 6. Candidates must obtain CPR certification prior to employment.

7. Allied Universal offers Free  training for CPR certification (B205) to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to respond to emergencies.

8. Proof of certification must be submitted before the commencement of employment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or facility concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with access control processes for employees and authorized guests.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding agencies when needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
