** Access Control/Badge Experience
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience
** Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, data entry, and basic troubleshooting.

** Customer Service Experience
** Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.

+ Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing access badges as authorized, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Maintain accurate security-related records, including shift activity, visitor entries, access exceptions, and incident reports, while following food production facility requirements.

* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
