Candidates must meet the following pre-employment requirements before being considered for employment:

** Valid Driver's License
** All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.

** Access Control/Badge Experience
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This experience is critical for positions that involve security and access management.

** Alarm Panel Experience
** Familiarity with alarm panel systems (B202) is required for candidates applying for roles that involve monitoring and responding to security alarms.

+  
** Customer Service Experience
** A background in customer service (B219) is essential for all candidates, as our company values strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

+ Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems from the front desk; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.

+ Maintain clear communication with site leadership, warehouse personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding daily activity, incidents, and shift handoffs.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
