** Security Experience*
* 2. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

* 4. All candidates must hold a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. This is essential for positions that require travel or transportation as part of the job duties.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site policies.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident records.

+ Assist with maintaining an orderly work environment by reporting hazards, damaged property, policy concerns, and other security-related issues to site management.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
