** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery drivers, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor access-control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct incoming deliveries and vendors according to site procedures.

+ Control entry and exit of vehicles, personnel, and materials at designated access points in a food and beverage production location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
