** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access-related logs.

+ Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, delivery, and employee traffic in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
