• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Employees must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks, including but not limited to email communication, document management, and software applications relevant to their roles. Training will be provided for specific software and tools used within the company.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates must possess prior customer service experience, which is essential for effective communication and interaction with clients and colleagues. Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor in all email communications, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Screen incoming deliveries and coordinate access for vendors and drivers in accordance with facility procedures.
• Respond to access‑control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, production‑area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site, there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
