** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates should possess experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, troubleshooting, and responding to alarm events.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must have a proven track record in customer service roles. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and customers.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor/vendor entry in accordance with established site procedures.

+ Maintain accurate access-control records, issue and collect visitor badges or credentials as directed, and report access discrepancies to site leadership.

+ Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* + Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
