** Customer Service Experience (B219):*

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout banking facility areas, including the exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and restricted-access locations.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and documenting observations.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through a professional presence and consistent patrol activity.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
