** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):*
* 6. Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

* 8. Candidates must demonstrate experience in operating alarm panels, including knowledge of alarm systems, troubleshooting, and responding to alarms.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including the building perimeter, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points.

+ Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery driver credentials and maintaining required logs.

+ Report unusual activity, damaged property, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel and complete accurate incident documentation.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
