** Valid Driver's License

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and driver logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.

+ Coordinate entry and exit procedures for trucks, trailers, and deliveries in accordance with site policies, reporting irregularities or unauthorized access attempts to site leadership.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
