** 2. Additional Qualifications (Beneficial to Position)*

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Experience with access control systems and badge management is advantageous.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual activity through required reports and communication channels.
