Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

• All candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application. This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with legal regulations and to maintain a safe and responsible work environment.

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. This experience should be verifiable and directly related to the responsibilities of the position for which the candidate is applying.

• Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a government-controlled beverage retail and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and public-service personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, sales areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and required logs while maintaining a professional presence in a public-facing government location.

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
