** Customer Service

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, campus-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical campus events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and response protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe campus activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

+ Complete clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and campus contacts.
