Carpentry Foreman

ZSI is seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our dynamic field team in delivering top-tier commercial carpentry work. If you're a skilled leader with a passion for craftsmanship, safety, and team development, we want to hear from you.

• Direct supervision of onsite carpentry staff
• Enforcing safety and quality standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Managing materials, subcontractor coordination, and daily task planning
• Tracking crew hours, productivity, and project progress
• Partnering with superintendents to ensure seamless project execution

• High School Diploma or GED (Trade school/apprenticeship a plus)
• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial carpentry
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Lift/Lull/Boom certifications preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor crews
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual a plus
