A skilled Field Service Technician is needed to support the repair, refurbishment, and commissioning of electro-mechanical actuators both in-house and at customer sites. The role combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and on-site service work. Key tasks include evaluating returned equipment, repairing components, validating performance, and installing or servicing equipment at customer facilities. Regular travel is required.
Key
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and operate diagnostic tools
- Willingness to travel 2–4 times/month, sometimes on short notice
Additional Requirements:
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in varied environments
- Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Must comply with safety protocols and site-specific training
