Weaver Insulators is a family-owned company providing Lebanon and the surrounding counties with reliable, efficient insulation solutions for over 35 years. As we expand into spray foam services, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Crew Leader to help us deliver the same trusted workmanship we're known for—now in a new way.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced:
  At least 1 year of spray foam insulation experience is required.
• Team Leader:
  Brings a steady, confident presence to the crew—coaching others, keeping things moving, and focused on efficient, high-quality work.
• Problem-Solver:
  Stays calm when plans shift and finds solutions on the spot.
• Mechanically Inclined:
  Able to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on spray foam equipment.
• Physically Capable:
  Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in attics or other active job sites.
• Growth-Oriented:
  Driven to exceed personal goals, expand skills, and deliver consistent, high-level work.
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record:
  Holds a valid Class C license and can confidently drive a 24' box truck with air brakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentora team of 2-3 insulation installers
• Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surfaces, and ensuring clean, safe work areas.
• Install spray polyurethane foam insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other designated areas.
• Operate, maintain, and perform basic upkeep on spray foam rigs, compressors, and related equipment.
• Clean up job sites and remove debris upon completion of work.
• Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with steady year-round hours, about 45-55 hours/week, with overtime available.
• Travel to local job sites within 1–3 hours of Myerstown; overnight travel is rare.
