Location: Jones Mills
Shop Mechanic (Night Shift)
Frontier Environmental Services is seeking skilled shop mechanics to keep our fleet running at its best. You’ll perform repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance services on heavy trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in a modern, well‑equipped shop.

- Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday overtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems
- Perform preventive maintenance work on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Complete accurate service logs and repair documentation
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and well‑organized
- Support general shop and facility maintenance
- HS diploma/GED (experience may substitute)
- 2+ years mechanic experience with heavy trucks or construction equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Your own tools suitable for heavy equipment work
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check
- Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, etc.)
Indoor/outdoor shop work in all weather. Regular lifting (50+ lbs.), bending, kneeling, climbing, and exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
