As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the go‑to expert inside customers’ homes — diagnosing issues, providing clear options, making repairs, and ensuring every homeowner gets A+ service from start to finish.

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
• Provide repair or replacement options to customers in a clear, honest way
• Complete residential plumbing repairs and services with top‑tier craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in every home
• Partner with the office team to keep scheduling tight and communication smooth
• Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, pricing, and expectations
• Document notes, parts used, and job details in the CRM
• Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy enough to work in the CRM and use mobile tools
• Clean, professional, and dependable
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience with water heaters, softeners, sump pumps, and drain issues
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field‑service software
• Strong sales skills when presenting repair/replacement options
