Leacock Paving is hiring entry-level and experienced laborers to join our residential and commercial asphalt paving crews. Join a growing paving company that cares about its people, its work, and its customers.

• Load and unload asphalt paving equipment
• Prep and clean residential and commercial job sites
• Operate tools and equipment (we'll train you!)
• Work Monday-Friday (optional Saturdays) outdoors
• Grow your skills over time with CDL, safety, and equipment training

• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Gordonville
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in a physical role
• A team mindset – respectful, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Clean driving record (within 3 years) preferred

• $20-$27/hr depending on experience
