Responsibilities:

• Run service calls and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Offer technical support and training to other technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing job details and necessary updates.
• Document job information accurately and ensure clear communication with clients.
• Present equipment upgrade recommendations and provide value-driven solutions to customers.
• Attend company and manufacturer training sessions to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience running service calls independently
• Ability to provide technical support and training to other technicians

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
