Mechanic Technician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing outdoor power equipment with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Typical equipment includes riding and push mowers, snow blowers, generators, hand‑held power tools, snowmobiles, and battery‑powered outdoor equipment.

This position requires working in a shop environment with exposure to smoke, fumes, dirt, grass, oil, and gas.

• Diagnose causes of power equipment failure and perform accurate troubleshooting
• Complete repairs and maintenance in accordance with industry standards
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and timely task completion
• Communicate repair needs, findings, and recommendations professionally

• Demonstrated experience with major mechanical and equipment repair concepts
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, motivated, and detail‑oriented work ethic
• Ability to work within a team and problem‑solve together
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

$17 - $22 hourly
