JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a Maintenance Electrician who is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical power distribution, automation, and control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial equipment and facility.
EDUCATION/
EXPERIENCE:
* High School Diploma/GED Required
* Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent electrical experience required
* Industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Demonstrated experience working with power distribution systems, controls, and automation
* Knowledge of 120V-480V power distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), and VFD troubleshooting and programming
* Experienced in PLC troubleshooting, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation calibration
* Solid understanding of electrical safety and preventative maintenance practices, arc flash requirements, and NEC standards
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and control drawings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems ranging from 120V to 480V
* Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation
* Perform scheduled electrical preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment and systems
* Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, arc flash standards, and all electrical safety regulations
* Support equipment upgrades, automation improvements, and continuous improvement projects
* Diagnose electrical issues in motor control centers (MCCs) and associated equipment
* Calibrate and maintain electrical and process instrumentation
