The Role:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will help maintain and operate our facilities and equipment at peak efficiency. This includes general maintenance and repairs related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems, as well as preventative maintenance and occasional on-call duties. Why Join Us? PSERS retirement contributory pension and tuition reimbursement.

Starting salary is $23.60/hour with annual increases (next two years guaranteed $.90 and $1.25 effective July 1, 2026 and 2027).

Work Schedule:

Full-time 12-month position (40 hours per week). Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (includes a duty-free 30-minute lunch). Optional summer schedule: four 10-hour workdays (June – August). Questions:
