This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 3+ years of skilled flooring experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with the brand.

Experienced Floor Installer Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in flooring installation including Tile, Hardwood, LVP, Laminate, carpet, floor restoration etc.
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• Previous experience specifically related to flooring installation, and a passion for all things floors!
• Familiarity with common flooring installation practices
• Ability to work with a wide variety of tools and techniques

Experienced Flooring Installer Minimum Requirements:

• Construction: 3+ years
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
