Compensation and Work Schedule: The pay plan is competitive; your work ethic, attendance, and skills will determine your pay and position. The job is full-time, all year round, with no union affiliation. It is not a travel or hotel per diem position; you return home each night. Paid travel is provided one way; both ways if you are a driver in a company truck.

Hotel stays out of town are rare and fully paid by the company. Pay is every Friday. After 90 days, you are eligible for healthcare, dental, life insurance, accident insurance, and short-term disability. Paid major holidays, one week paid vacation after one year, and regular performance reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

Apprentice-Journeyman Requirements:

• Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment (duct jacks, scissor lift, boom reach, telehandler, crane signaling)
• Proficiency in welding or willingness to improve
• Understanding or willingness to learn harnesses and tying off
• Comfort working at heights
• Willingness to connect and complete all aspects of miscellaneous metals and structural steel with or without guidance
• Ability for journeymen to work independently and read blueprints
• Perform any additional tasks as deemed necessary by your supervisor

Foreman Requirements:

• Must be able to do everything a journeyman can do and:
• Manage work and manpower
• Read blueprints and layout
• Operate equipment and drive the company truck
• Responsible for job hours, costs, schedule, safety, tools, and worker wellbeing
