Telecommunications Company Based in Forty Fort PA is seeking a Network Admin/VoIP Technician.
Job description:- Train along side our lead engineer to learn systems and equipment we deploy.
- Answer support calls from existing customers
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and input in ticketing system.
- Installing systems at customer site (Normally within a 2 hour radius but occasionally further and some overnight travel)
- Computer Networking Knowledge
- IP Addressing and Routing
- VoIP Experience (Not required but a plus)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Leadership
Salary plus company 401K and paid health benefits.
