NOW OFFERING $1000 SIGN ON BONUS!
In this full-time role, you'll help keep our 359-unit apartment community meeting company standards, resident expectations, and compliance requirements - with plenty of variety in your day and a team that pulls together.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:- Base Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

- Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
- Stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance and day-to-day property upkeep
- Complete make-readies and help keep curb apex and community appearance sharp
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and resident concerns
- Keep residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership informed on repairs and updates
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
- Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Someone who follows through on what they promise and stands behind the quality of every repair
HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required - we'll support you in earning them.
