Hardscape Laborer

Golden Oaks Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our growing landscaping team. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn. This position involves assisting with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor living projects.

• Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls.
• Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, excavation, and base preparation.
• Assist with laying pavers, setting stone, and installing hardscape materials.
• Operate and assist with the use of construction equipment and power tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Perform general labor and other duties as needed.

• 1+ years of previous hardscape, landscaping, or construction experience required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the landscaping season.
• Snow removal required

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• A Monday through Friday day shift hours work schedule Full-time, consistent work.
