Lux Haus showroom / Luxury Home Improvements is seeking experienced residential carpenters and skilled helpers to join our team. We specialize exclusively in high-end home renovations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and detail-driven work.
This role is primarily focused on finish carpentry, with some framing as needed. We’re looking for individuals who are sharp, efficient, and capable of performing at a high level in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Widening load-bearing walls
- Full kitchen installations
- Door installation and trim work
- Crown molding (carpenters must be fully proficient)
- Building custom cabinetry
Deck replacements - Interior buildouts and renovations
What we’re looking for:
- Proven, hands-on experience in residential carpentry (finish work strongly preferred)
- Ability to assist a lead carpenter and also execute work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Quick-thinking, high-output individuals who take ownership of their work
