Heritage Fence Company is looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in the construction industry. We service the residential, commercial, and industrial markets in eastern PA, MD, DE, VA, NJ, NY with a focus on all types of fencing (wood, PVC, aluminum, chain link, steel, temporary, etc), railings, wooden & steel guide rails, dumpster enclosures, anti-climb, temporary pedestrian barriers, jersey barriers (PVC & concrete), gate operators, access control and much more!

• Willingness to travel (occasional travel due to job location)
• Work in both our shop and on job sites as a welder, mechanic or by assisting others
• Manage fab shop equipment and metal fabrication
• Consistently evaluate processes, recommend changes when appropriate
• Meet with decision makers to discuss project options and take measurements
• Daily communication with operations to ensure smooth installation of projects
• Work independently when required
• Help manage operating expenses by allocating materials for minimal waste, facilitating clean transitions from one job to the next
• Plan, implement and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and adhere to relevant safety regulations and requirements
• Peacefully resolve any problems or issues that may arise

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience
• Reliable transportation to/from the office
• Valid driver's license
• US citizenship or working visa
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Ability to pass new hire and random drug test
• Ability to work full time M - F, 7am-5pm (flex schedule available) & occasional Saturday mornings
• Detail oriented and experienced in stick, TIG & MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout materials
• Good math skills
