Foreman​/Driver

Pine Ridge Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Foreman/Driver to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, operating equipment, and creating high-quality outdoor living spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for transportation of crew members, job site leadership, and hands‑on installation of hardscaping and landscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and outdoor living features.

• Safely drive crew members, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Lead and supervise crew members on daily project activities.
• Install custom patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Perform masonry work, including paver, block, and stone installation.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other landscape construction equipment.
• Install landscape lighting systems and low‑voltage outdoor lighting.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage solutions, and site preparation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain organized job sites.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew members, and management.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, or outdoor construction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks and trailers preferred.
• Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment safely.
• Knowledge of patio, retaining wall, and paver installation techniques.
• Experience installing landscape lighting systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
