As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep Oberg's buildings, grounds, and equipment in excellent working condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain our facilities and grounds:
  Perform exterior maintenance, landscaping‑related upkeep, building repairs, and general property maintenance.
• Complete repair and improvement projects:
  Assist with remodeling, construction, and interior building improvements.
• Maintain equipment:
  Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to unexpected equipment repair needs.
