Lead HVAC Installer at G.F. Bowman

$23 - $30/hr | Full-time | Lebanon & Harrisburg, PA

We're looking for an HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems and help customers understand their new system.

• Lead Install Technicians: $23 - $30/hr
  , depending on experience and capabilities

• Company incentive plan

• Paid weekly

• Work closely with our installation manager and warehouse manager to complete jobs on time and under budget

• Make sure every job is properly staged and installed, and sign off on our job quality checklist

• Build rapport with customers and explain their new system so they're confident and satisfied

• Represent G.F. Bowman professionally to earn referrals and repeat business

• Follow our process for resolving any customer concerns

• Keep a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck

• Participate in training, meetings, and technical vendor training

• Lead installers: train and mentor apprentices to deliver on-time, high-quality installations

• EPA certification
  , with knowledge of local HVAC codes and how to apply them on the job

• Proven experience installing heating and cooling systems

• Able to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints

• Clean, safe driving record

• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Strong verbal and written communication

• High integrity and great people skills
