• Gain hands‑on expertise with industrial assets including conveyor systems, motors, palletizers, and blow molding equipment.
• Participate in specialized OEM training programs to stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
• Analyze equipment performance data to proactively identify and resolve mechanical or electrical failures.
• Support the long‑term reliability of facility infrastructure by performing precise repairs and system calibrations.

• Technical degree or certification in a related field, or a High School diploma paired with 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a natural ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Willingness to travel for specialized training and flexibility regarding work schedules and future site placement.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting electrical schematics.

• Prior experience with industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machine maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and electrical systems diagnostics.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
